Your chosen number can usually be transferred to another UK network using a PAC code. Contact us through our website live chat before ordering so we can check the requirements and help you understand the process.

1. Insert the supplied SIM and complete any required activation steps.

2. Text PAC to 65075 from that SIM.

3. Give the PAC code and your purchased mobile number to your new provider.

4. Your new provider will arrange the transfer.

A top-up may be required depending on the SIM’s activation status. Transfers to an existing account on the same network can involve a different process, so please ask us before purchasing.
