  • Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days. However, please note that delivery times may vary, and on rare occasions, it can take longer. If your item hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, you can contact us to open a lost item case with Royal Mail.

• Free Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery):

  • For orders over £40, we upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Special Delivery at no additional cost. This service guarantees next working day delivery.

Tracking Information:

• Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
