Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for SIM cards if the seal is opened or the number has been transferred. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been used or had their seals broken. This is particularly applicable to our gold number SIM cards.

Return Process
