Simple Pay As You Go Use

You can use your number on the supplied SIM without arranging a transfer. Insert it into a compatible, unlocked phone, top up at least £5, and complete activation to start using it.

Please note: Your Pay As You Go SIM may need its first top-up to become fully activated. Until then, it may not receive calls or text messages. Please complete the initial top-up before using your new number.

Top-up credit is purchased separately and is not included in the price of the number.

Prefer to Use Another Network?

You can request a PAC code to move your purchased number to another UK provider. If you plan to transfer it to an existing contract, please contact us through our website live chat before ordering so we can help you check the process.

• Activate the supplied SIM and complete any required top-up.

• Text PAC to 65075 from that SIM.

• Give your PAC code and purchased mobile number to your receiving provider to arrange the transfer.

Moving a number within the same network may require a different process, so please check with us before buying.
