Keep It Simple with Pay As You Go

You can use the supplied SIM on its current network without transferring the number. Insert it into a compatible, unlocked phone, top up a minimum of £5, and complete activation before using it.

Top-up credit is separate from the purchase price.

Please note: Your Pay As You Go SIM may need its first top-up to become fully activated. Until then, it may not receive calls or text messages. Please complete the initial top-up before using your new number.

Moving Your Number to Another Network

If you would like to use your chosen number with another UK provider or an existing contract, please contact us through our website live chat before ordering. We can help you check the transfer process before you buy.

To arrange a transfer:

1. Insert the supplied SIM into a compatible phone and complete any required top-up and activation.

2. Text PAC to 65075 from the supplied SIM to request your PAC code.

3. Give your purchased number and PAC code to your receiving provider to arrange the move.

Transfers within the same network may follow a different process. Please check with us first if you intend to keep your existing provider.
